The concept of virtual reality and its technology have been expanding
and intensifying in recent years. How will this profound intensification
influence our notions of space and time?
Following sudden technological changes, we are forced to face radically
new "reality." But exactly what and how has it changed?
How will this transformed reality influence our value system? Moreover,
how will the expression and the content of art transform? What will
these new modes be, if they are produced? We will discuss these issues
with international artists and scholars studying and thematizing the
transformations of reality and virtuality.
