temporal is a painting and installation of engraving time on a canvas. Though the painter seems not to be present in this work, it is the painting material of ink itself that paints the canvas. The ink that is placed on one spot will spread out in a steady rhythm, gradually painting lines and shapes of different shades. while exploring the possibility of new paintings, temporal is the representation of time, as well as a representation by time. The time that represents the painting’s process is engraved onto the canvas, and it is also time that does the engraving.
