Autonomous robots have become widely available in recent years to the extent that they can be purchased for personal use. However, more time seems needed before we can call them personal robots. “TABO” is a robot that undertakes interactive communication with humans through a touch interface on a tablet, a personal robot that makes you feel connected to it with its small size, fitting in the palm of the hand. It enables viewers to experience new interactions with media that is increasingly familiar through the use of robots and tablets.
