“Parallel” is a video installation made up of four parts. While referencing visuals from several different video games, the work explores ways of depicting natural landscapes, boundaries, characteristics of objects and human behavior in games. Manifested here is the distinctive aesthetic of video game worlds constructed following rules and logic that are totally different from those that apply in reality.
