A sound installation incorporating the Plantron system developed by DOGANE Yuji. The Plantron system detects the “plants’ voices,” defined as the changes in their bioelectric potential. This installation considers the reciprocal relationship betweens humans and plants, and takes an emotional look at the chain reactions that can occur where humans and plants coexist, thus forcing us to re-examine the fundamental meaning of being alive.
