ZIN was born in 1981 and graduated from Kyungwon University. He has participated in artist-in-residence programs such as the Art Omi Artist Residence (New York, 2007) and the Ssamsie Space program (Seoul, 2007). He has also taken part in many exhibitions, including "New Start Grants for Emerging Arts" (Art Council Korea, Seoul, 2007), "Thermocline of Art" (ZKM, Museum of Contemporary Art, Karlsruhe, Germany, 2007), and "Art Lan@Asia" (ZAIM, Yokohama, 2007). In Korea, he has been considering as one of the potential and remarkable young artists.
