Born 1983 in Tokyo. Received his Ph.D. (Fine Art) in Oil Painting from Tokyo University of the Arts in 2015. Lived and worked in Vienna as a participant in the Agency for Cultural Affairs Program of Overseas Study for Upcoming Artists in 2015–17. Visualizes self-organizing processes and patterns through paintings and drawings. Recent group exhibitions include the “Setouchi Triennale 2022” (Ogijima, Kagawa), “Drawings – Plurality” (PARCO Museum Tokyo, Shibuya, 2022), and “Aichi Triennale 2019” (Aichi Prefectural Museum of Art).
