Dear Mr, Isozaki:
We finally came up with an idea for our participation in Haishi exhibition
which would
hopefully reflect our interest in the introverted spaces of the traditional
Beijing
meanwhile taking on the Piranesi plan. The courtyards in the figure-ground
void are
directly borrowed from a hotel project we have been working on.
Hope that we are not too late. Thanks again for your invitation.
