		Works "Killing a Clown" Tony BROWN + OSHIMA Yuji Le Fresnoy, Studio national des arts contemporains I"Killing a Clown"comes out of a recent collaboration with a circus I was working with in Paris. A large trampoline with a plastic circle containing a jelly type substance functions as the screen/mouth of the piece. A series of digital images of a clowns mouth are project onto this screen to produce an animation of a mouth contorting, smiling and grimacing. The spectator can enter onto this screen, first by walking on the jelly/lips and then entering the center of the screen.
