		Works "THE FLUID CITIES: FIBER WAVE II" WATANABE Makoto "Fiberwave" rustles with the wind and glows with the energy of the sun. It is environmental which needs no energy. It is in operation in Gifu, at Tokyo Waterfront Sub Center, and in Chicago. "Fiberwave II" is the indoor developmental version. Through the Net it responds to the wind of a virtual world. Conversions of data, wind, and matter, from digital to analog and back. Its program continues to evolve during the course of the exhibition. In addition, it is in sympathy with the multimediabook, Liquid Cities(Jitsugyo no Nihonsya).
