("Spiritual Guide") and "Defensa de la Contemplacion" ("Defense of
Contemplation").

manipulating the Catholic doctrine. His mystical theories on the
contemplation of man were unacceptable.

- The diffusion of his work was not greatly affected, despite his
censorship.
