Japanese. Born in 1961, Shizuoka, Japan. Studied computer science at New York Institute of Technology; M.A. 1995. Moved to New York in 1991. Selected individual exhibitions: *Information Weapon 1; Super Clean Room* (Toyoko EarthEnvironment Laboratory, Yokohama, 1990); *Transfer* (Galerie Hubert Winter, Vienna, 1993); *Molecular Clinic 1.0* (ARTLAB 5, on the WWW, 1995); and *Molecular Informatics* (ARTLAB 6, Hillside Plaza, Tokyo, 1996).
