NOX-architects (Lars Spuybroek). I will attach two JPEG photographs of a building he is working on at the moment. There is a picture of the exterior and of the interior, the building will be ready the second of May this year. It is a Museum for Watermanagement and is built at the artificial island "Neetje Jans" at the Delta Works in the Netherlands.
