ICC Open Space is a community space that is free of charge and open throughout the year. It utilizes part of the gallery, library, mini theater and lounge and is organized around this year's concept, "Open!". Date : June 9(The.) ,2006-March 11(Sun.),2007 Venue :NTT InterCommunication Center [ICC] Hours :10:00am-6:00pm (Admission until 30 minutes before closing) Closed : Mondays (If Monday is a holiday, then Tuesday), the year-end and New Year holidays, Maintenance day (August 6 and February 11) Admission free		With an annual exhibition space that is open free of charge, a community space is formed that encourages casual gatherings. With "HIVE", a digital archive project, ICC activities are viewable from home. Podcasting and cell phone content downloads are also available. ICC continues to offer a variety of activities on the internet. In addition to special exhibitions, ICC provides programs such as symposiums, workshops, concerts, and new school. For each event, ICC aims to connect with a wide range of people, such as working people, students, homemakers, and children. ICC collaborates with academic institutions, non-profit organizations and diverse communities while attempting to merge the "engineering intellect" involved with media technology and the "artistic mind" which generates unique creativity.
