"Simultaneous Perspective" is an interactive video installation
that creates a space in which the viewer's presence can be experienced
in the context of a larger environment. It is an electronic reduction
of a live 3 dimensional space to a live 2 dimensional space. The viewers
see a single image which contains elements of many different live
images from nearby locations of varying scales against a backdrop
of a sequence of textures that represent a journey from the subway
or street to the installation. This dynamic collage is constantly
changing based on the viewer's presence.
